Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of OddsOnIce (oddsonice.com). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use OddsOnIce.
1. Who can use OddsOnIce
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or use OddsOnIce. By using the site, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
You're responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. Don't use OddsOnIce to bet anywhere it's against the law.
2. What OddsOnIce is, and isn't
OddsOnIce publishes sports analytics: statistics, model projections, picks, player prop leans, injury and usage breakdowns, and articles. All of it is for information and entertainment.
It is not financial, investment or betting advice. Every chance, projection and pick is a model estimate, not a guarantee. Sports are unpredictable, and our picks lose too. Past results, including our frozen picks record, don't promise future results. Any dollar figures we show (such as the result of a $10 bet on each pick) are illustrations, not earnings anyone is promised.
OddsOnIce is not a sportsbook. We don't take bets, hold money or pay out winnings. We're not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, player or sportsbook.
You decide whether and what to bet. You're responsible for every bet you place and every dollar you win or lose.
3. Data and accuracy
Our numbers come from public sports data, odds feeds and our own models. Data can be late, incomplete or wrong, odds and lines move constantly, and injury news changes fast. Always check the current line and status with your sportsbook before you bet. We don't promise the site will be accurate, complete or available at any given time.
4. Your account
Give us a real email address, keep your password private, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.
You can stop using OddsOnIce at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).
5. Using the site fairly
Don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our picks, projections, articles or other content in bulk, or pass off our content as your own. Sharing an individual pick or article link with friends or on social media is fine.
Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, access other people's accounts, or use automated tools to pull data from it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
6. Our content
The OddsOnIce name, logo, site design, picks, projections, write-ups and articles belong to OddsOnIce or the people who license them to us. Team and league names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams and leagues. Photos credited to other people are used under the licenses shown with them.
7. Paid features
OddsOnIce is free today. If we add paid memberships or other paid features, we'll show their price and terms before you sign up, and those terms will apply alongside these.
8. No warranties
OddsOnIce is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, OddsOnIce and the people behind it are not liable for any betting losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that come from using (or not being able to use) the site, even if we were told they were possible. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Some places don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
10. Indemnity
If your use of OddsOnIce or your breaking these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as OddsOnIce grows. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and for big changes we'll let you know by email or on the site. If you keep using OddsOnIce after a change, you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
